Good news! In response to your feedback we are re-building BENport. This will be a phased roll out over the next few months and you will have the option to experience a new look and feel that includes more intuitive navigation, improved functionality and better performance.

What should you do? In the short term, you don’t have to do anything. You will have the option to experience the new BENport by opting-in to the new site via a link on the current portal. If you do not wish to do so, please continue to use BENport the way you do today. We are employing a phased roll out because we want to incorporate your feedback along the way—the earlier the better. So, if you do choose to access BENport through the new interface, please let us know what you think. We’d love to hear from you. We know that many of our customers run automated data collection routines against BENport and these changes may affect those scrapes. Our plan is to make that easier for you. In the short-term, you will be able to continue to do what you’re doing. But, we would like to understand your needs more fully so that we can build a more permanent and efficient solution that is designed to support your requirements. Please click here to tell us about any automated routines that you are using so that we can incorporate your needs into our plans. We think we can save you a lot of time and costs moving forward.

We are very excited about the new BENport. Initially, the changes you notice will be cosmetic but new functionality will be added over time. Investing in a new platform will allow us to more easily launch new products and get our analysis to when you want it, in the format you want it.
